Draft School Policies

December 2025

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining high-quality learning experiences and a safe, supportive school environment, we are currently reviewing two important policies:
• Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) Policy
• Statement of Strategy for School Attendance

These policies play a central role in supporting pupils’ wellbeing, learning, and engagement in school life. The RSE Policy outlines how children learn about friendships, personal safety, development, and respectful relationships in an age-appropriate and inclusive way. The Statement of Strategy for School Attendance sets out the measures we take as a school community to promote regular attendance and to support pupils and families where challenges arise.

We warmly invite parents and guardians to review the DRAFT versions of both policies (click links below) and share any feedback you may have:

Your input is highly valued and helps ensure that our policies reflect the needs and voices of our whole school community.

Please send any feedback by Thursday, 11th December via email to [email protected], or feel free to speak directly with myself or Karen. The agreed drafts will then be presented to our Board of Management for ratification.

Kind regards,

Darragh
